Responsibilities * Generate new leads through various channels, including networking, referrals, and cold calling. * Manage relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling. * Conduct product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our offerings. * Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve individual and team targets. * Collaborate with the sales management team to refine processes and improve overall performance. * Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and account management in the CRM system. * Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process to foster long-term relationships. * Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics to effectively position our products. Position Summary: AIS is looking for an ambitious, tech-savvy Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you'll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and helping companies enhance their operations through our suite of IT and technology solutions. You'll work closely with our technical team to create custom solutions that meet client needs and drive results. Key Responsibilities: * Proactively prospect and generate new leads through networking, cold calling, referrals, and outreach * Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients across multiple industries * Understand client challenges and present tailored AIS solutions (IT support, managed services, cloud, VoIP, security, etc.) * Partner with internal technical teams to develop proposals and ensure successful onboarding * Maintain accurate records of sales activities and opportunities in the CRM system * Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets * Stay informed about AIS's offerings, IT industry trends, and competitor activity Qualifications: * 3 -5 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in IT, technology services, or a related field * Strong communication, consultative selling, and relationship-building skills * Comfortable discussing IT solutions with both technical and non-technical stakeholders * Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to work independently * Familiarity with CRM systems and sales reporting tools What We Offer: * Competitive base salary + uncapped commission structure * Comprehensive onboarding and technical training * Health, dental, and vision insurance * 401(k) with company match * Collaborative, team-driven environment with growth opportunities Job Type: Full-time Pay: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * 401(k) matching * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Schedule: * 8 hour shift * Monday to Friday People with a criminal record are encouraged to apply Work Location: In personAlternative Information Systems, Inc.
