Duties * Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through various channels, including inside and outside sales efforts. * Manage existing accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. * Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits to potential clients. * Generate leads through networking, referrals, and research. * Analyze customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly. * Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for lead generation and brand awareness. * Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and account status in the CRM system. * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Skills * Proven experience in sales, preferably in technology or retail environments. * Strong account management skills with a focus on building long-term relationships. * Ability to conduct effective product demos that engage customers and highlight key features. * Excellent lead generation techniques with a track record of converting leads into sales. * Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs and market trends. * Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on customer service. * Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
