Located in Springfield, OH Salary: $100-120K Position : Technical Sales Representative Location : Springfield, OH Compensation : $100-120K Responsibilities * Develop and execute strategic plans to meet or exceed assigned sales targets. * Build and maintain long-term, trusted customer relationships by understanding client business goals and technical needs. * Analyze and report on industry trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging opportunities. * Collaborate with internal teams (Design Engineering, Program Management, Communications, etc.) to craft and present compelling value propositions and proposals. * Work with operations and support teams (Manufacturing, Engineering, Accounting, etc.) to ensure accurate system data and timely order fulfillment. * Serve as a knowledgeable and reliable point of contact for customer solutions and technical support. Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field preferred. Equivalent work experience may be considered. * Minimum of 3 years of sales experience within the metal manufacturing industry. * Proven experience in developing sales strategies, proposals, and negotiating pricing and delivery terms. * Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills. * Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with CAD software (e.g., CATIA, NX) is a plus. * Willingness to travel up to 30%, including frequent travel outside the local area.
