American Fence Company has been in business since 1984, and is one of the highest-rated fence installation companies in WNY. We have been steadily growing but are now looking for someone to help us grow to another level. We are hiring for a sales manager position, and this person will be responsible for taking the leads that we've generated and converting to sales. The business has the reputation, resources, and crews to take on much more work, we just need someone to help with the large number of leads that we have coming in. Experience in the fence business is a requirement, we need someone who understands the product, what it takes to install different kinds of fences in different conditions, and also how to provide the best ideas for our customers. We have a very experienced team of installers and managers currently who can provide plenty of guidance, but need this person to start from a place of experience. American Fence does great work, and we take pride in the quality of our service and product. We want our next sales manager to be a strong representation of this proud history, and to help us move forward. Qualifications * Experience installing or selling fences is necessary. * Strong customer service skills. * Familiarity with CRMs or other sales software is a plus but not necessary. * Familiarity with construction site protocols and safety practices. * Flexibility in scheduling to meet customer needs.
