Responsibilities: What Will I Do? * Successfully handle high volume inbound and outbound customer service calls * Meet sales and upselling metrics monthly * Set appointments with customers in regards to HVAC, Plumbing, Insulation, Solar, Water, Electrical and more * Multi task between different departments and stakeholders * Work in multiple applications and duel screens - fast paced environment * Respond to e-mail inquiries in a timely manner * Receive and record completed work orders from field technicians * Expedite unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation * Maintain accurate customer information and scheduled appointment details * Actively promote and sell new or additional services or products when applicable * Handle some payments,refunds, and related customer inquiries Qualifications: Do I have What it Takes? * High School Diploma or GED preferred * 2-years call center experience required * 1 year of sales experience required * Computer proficiency, particularly with Microsoft applications * Experience with Service Titan is a plus. * Must be fluent in reading, writing and speaking English and must be able to sit for long periods of time. * Must be able to work evenings and weekends when needed. * Must be able to work on site, Remote only positions are not available at this time. * Must be able to type 35 WPM. * Ability to pass a background check and drug screen Wrench Group and its affiliates are proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
