Bug Busters is seeking a dependable, motivated Outside Sales Representative in the areas newnan/peachtree city or hapeville areas and mcdonough/stockbridge ,who will help us continue to provide exceptional service while growing our brand. This is a tremendous opportunity for Sales Representatives who have at least 3 years of previous outside sales experience and preferably 2 + years in Pest Control. Combined earning potential $45,000-$90,000+ per year! Base PLUS UNLIMITED SALES COMMISSION Hours: Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM Outside Sales Representative Benefits: * Family owned and operated where we keep things fun * Company vehicle, for work use only, that can be driven home * Health, vision, and dental benefits with company contribution that are effective less than 90 days from start date * IRA with company match * 6 company-paid holidays per year + generous PTO * Employee perks program offering discounts on movie tickets, child care, and more * Unlimited Sales Commission Outside Sales Representative Responsibilities and Duties * Provide customers with pest control solutions * Consult with potential and existing customers to provide a customized Pest Control solution * Serve as the leader of the sales process to ensure customer satisfaction * Conduct post-sale follow-up to ensure all sales agreements have been fulfilled to customer satisfaction * Follow-up with existing sales bids and leads to offer any additional information as needed to convert them into sales * Overcome technical and business objections of prospective customers * Emphasize salable features, quotes, prices, and credit terms and prepare sales orders for jobs sold * Build and maintain customer relationships * Participate in various sales activities to support corporate efforts including, but not limited to, trade shows, referral groups, etc. Outside Sales Representative Requirements * Travel requirements - 35% to 40% * 2+ years of previous outside sales experience * Pre-employment Drug, Background, and MVR * Ability to pass physical * Possess valid driver's license for at least 5 years All applicants are subject to drug testing, physical fitness test, a criminal background check, driving record report, and prior employment verification and referrals.
