The salary range for this position is $85,000 to $95,000 annually with a 35% bonus opportunity under the Sales Incentive Plan This is how you WOW: * Carry demo equipment (always including accessories and detergents) on vehicles. * Ensure market share in area through recruiting and training qualified distributors. * Travel and meet with distributors at their location(s) * While at their location, assists them in the development of their sales, service and parts departments. * Keep technically up to date about the line * Know how to sell, operate, and identify equipment and know which piece of equipment to recommend for use in different situations. * Know how to teach the benefits and features of our product line versus the competition. * Develop a consultant-oriented relationship with all customers serviced in assigned area. * Manage an annual sales and expense budget for assigned area.
