The ideal candidate will have their finger on the pulse of current trends in fashion, beauty, and lifestyle. If you have a minimum of 1 year of experience in consultation and sales of premium brands, especially within the bridal or retail industry, we want to hear from you. Weekend availability is a must, and in return, we offer competitive pay, a flexible schedule, and the opportunity to grow. Requirements * Driven to achieve sales targets with enthusiasm * Ability to think on your feet and troubleshoot, finding solutions tailored to each customer needs * Warm, positive, and engaging demeanor * Attentive to personal appearance and style * Punctual and reliable, with a keen eye for detail * Collaborate closely with the team, demonstrating a strong work ethic, punctuality, and meticulous attention to detail * Self-starter with strong organizational skills * Desire to progress in both sales stylist and store manager roles * iFluent in Spanish is preferred * Weekend availability is essential Responsibilities * Know gowns and fabrics inside out, always eager to learn more. * Handle sales and paperwork independently, leaving no detail unchecked. * Keep the store looking sharp all day, from opening to closing. * Set up fun photoshoots in-store for social media posts.
