Summary We are seeking a Technical Sales Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will fostering strong relationships with our customers and help the to specify the right industrial filtration products. This role requires excellent communication and a high degree of mechanical aptitude. Responsibilities * Participate in the inside technical sales function, including: customer engagement, product specification, quote development, order entry & confirmation, and customer follow-up. * Manage key accounts and identifying new business opportunities. * Provide exceptional service to internal and external stakeholders. * Contribute to the achievement of significant compounding annual sales growth. * Analyze customer- and market-trends to inform marketing strategies and product development. Requirements * Proven experience in technical sales or a related field, preferably within manufacturing or industrial sectors. * Strong understanding of pre-sales processes and product demonstration techniques. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective customer engagement. * Ability to analyze customer needs and propose appropriate solutions. * Familiarity with an enterprise resource planning (ERP) system.
