Essential duties and responsibilities * Recruiting agents to join BEST is the main focus of day to day activities. * This role requires cold outreach (i.e. calling and texting). * Target: To consistently set 30-40 agent appointments per week. * Master presenting the Best Homes value proposition during the call. * Diligently add notes in the CRM.
