We are seeking a dynamic Technical Sales Support Specialist with a strong background in mechanical engineering, AutoCAD proficiency, and 1-2 years of experience to join our team and contribute to our innovative projects and sales efforts. Job Description: As a Technical Sales Support Specialist, you will bridge technical expertise and sales support, working closely with the sales and engineering teams to ensure client needs are met. You will leverage your mechanical engineering knowledge, AutoCAD skills, and professional experience to create accurate technical drawings, assist with proposals, and provide excellent customer support. Key Responsibilities: * Collaborate with the sales team to interpret customer requirements and provide tailored solutions * Utilize and modify technical drawings using AutoCAD to support client projects and proposals. * Assist in preparing technical documents, presentations, and proposals for clients * Prepare quotes, invoices, and sales documentation * Address client queries related to technical aspects of products or services. * Support sales operations by managing data, tracking sales leads, and maintaining client relationships not limited to these duties Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field * 1-2 years of professional experience in a relevant role. * Proficiency in AutoCAD and familiarity with technical drawing principles * Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to interpret technical requirements. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively between teams and clients. * Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. * Previous experience in sales support or technical roles in HVAC Industry (preferred). * Bilingual Korea/English - Proficient with written and speaking What We Offer: * Competitive salary and benefits package * Opportunity for professional growth and development * Collaborative and supportive work environment Job Type: Full-time Pay: $64,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year Benefits: * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Schedule: * 8 hour shift Work Location: In person
