About us Turf Designs is a small business in Tucson, AZ. We are professional, agile and innovative. Our work environment includes: * Modern office setting * Growth opportunities Compensation: * 1st year on target earnings $45,000 - $55,000, wage; plus, uncapped commission * Industry Leading Sales Training Program Responsibilities: * Selling turf in-store to walk-in clients * Creating business relationships for future sales * Cold calling homeowners/landscapers/business owners to sell turf * Working closely and effectively with our sales team to achieve sales quotas * Create invoice and collect payments Mandatory Qualifications: * 2 years of Sales or Customer Service Experience * Possess strong writing, speaking, and interpersonal skills * Comfortable with Cold Calls and other Outbound Sales Activities * Must be good with people and able to provide excellent customer service * Available between the hours of 7am to 4pm, Monday - Friday, Saturdays as Needed. * Must always have a positive attitude * Must be a go-getter/self-starter and be hungry to make sales * Must be capable of hearing "NO" many times before making that big sale * Must have a team first mindset * Ability to process sales/ Handle money * Must have reliable transportation * Ability to adapt to change Preferred Qualifications: * Fluent in both English and Spanish Required Education: * High school graduate or equivalent * Some college desired Job Type: Full-time Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year Benefits: * Employee discount * Health insurance * Paid training Shift: * Day shift Supplemental Pay: * Commission pay Education: * Associate (Required) Language: * Spanish (Required) Work Location: In person
