Automotive Internet Sales, $75,000 100% commission Phoenix AZ Luxury Automotive Store adding to their internet sales team, amazing work culture, work/life balance a priority. Qualifications * High integrity / high energy work ethic * Able to function effectively in a well structured consistent environment * Previous subprime automotive sales experience required * Able to identify needs / wants necessary to close the sale * Strong customer service and communication skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment * Proficiency in phone etiquette and sales support * Basic understanding of CRM management and deal writing * Ability to return calls to 50+ leads per day with proper documentation and follow up Responsibilities * Assist customers in selecting vehicles that meet their needs while providing exceptional customer service. * Utilize effective communication skills to engage with clients and address inquiries. * Support sales efforts through outbound calls and follow-ups, ensuring a smooth sales process. * Maintain knowledge of dealership inventory and marketing strategies to promote sales. * Collaborate with team members to enhance sales support and improve overall dealership performance.
