Duties * Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and networking ultimately developing new staffing contracts for the agency. * Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. Requirements * Proven experience in staffing and business development with a strong track record of achieving results. * Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to influence potential staffing clients. * Strong strategic planning capabilities to identify viable opportunities within the market.
