Responsibilities * Greet customers as they enter the store and provide assistance as needed. * Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently, including handling cash register transactions. * Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend products that meet those needs. * Upsell additional products and services to enhance the customer experience. * Maintain knowledge of current promotions, sales, and product offerings to effectively communicate with customers. * Ensure that the sales floor is well-stocked, organized, and visually appealing at all times. * Assist in inventory management by restocking displays and conducting regular inventory checks. * Provide excellent phone etiquette when answering customer inquiries over the phone. * Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain high standards of customer service.
