Mercedes-Benz Sprinter Fleet Sales Representative Responsibilities * Client Consultation: Understand client fleet needs and recommend the right Sprinter models and configurations. * Sales Strategy: Develop strategies to attract new fleet customers and increase vehicle sales * Product Expertise: Explain Mercedes-Benz Sprinter features and advantages clearly to clients. * Negotiation and Closing: Manage the sales process, including pricing, bulk discounts, and financing. * Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and addressing concerns. * Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends to adjust sales strategies accordingly. * Fleet Management: Work with the service department to provide after-sales support, including maintenance and warranty.
