Job Opening: Online Vehicle Listing Agent - Wholesale Auto Auction Location: Hybrid Job Type: Full-Time Industry: Automotive / E-commerce / Auction Services Are you detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and passionate about cars? Join our dynamic team at one of the nation's leading wholesale auto auctions as an Online Vehicle Listing Agent! Dealers Auto Auction of Idaho is looking for someone who can manage vehicle listings with accuracy, speed, and a great eye for presentation. Responsibilities: * Accurately input vehicle data into online auction platforms (condition reports, VINs, features, etc.) * Upload high-quality photos and videos of vehicles * Monitor auction timelines and ensure all listings are up-to-date * Communicate with internal teams (inspectors, sales, transportation) to gather listing details * Educate area dealers on opportunities, processes, and best practices for maximum results * Review listings for accuracy and consistency before they go live * Troubleshoot listing issues and make timely updates as needed * Negotiate sale prices between sellers and buyers Requirements: * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Basic knowledge of vehicle types, features, and terminology * Comfortable using computers, mobile devices, and listing software/platforms * Excellent written communication skills * Ability to work independently and meet deadlines * Previous experience in automotive or online sales is a plus!
