Role Description This is a full-time Listing Agent role located in Nashua, NH. You will be responsible for maintaining client relationships, real estate sales, and managing real property transactions on a daily basis. All leads provided! Qualifications * Real Estate License Required * Customer Service skills * Sales skills * Experience in managing real property transactions * Strong communication and negotiation skills * Knowledge of local real estate market trends * Ability to work effectively in a team environment * Bachelor's degree in Real Estate or related field is a plus Job Type: Full-time Pay: $83,965.00 - $93,225.00 per year Benefits: * Flexible schedule Experience: * Real estate sales: 2 years (Preferred) License/Certification: * New Hampshire Real Estate License (Preferred) Work Location: In person
