What you'll do: * Technical Sales: Consult with customers to understand their specific needs and recommend the optimal Alicat product solution. * Product Customization: Select appropriate device configurations to meet precise customer requirements, ensuring seamless integration into their systems. * Troubleshooting: Provide expert technical support to resolve issues and optimize product performance. * Customer Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with customers, acting as their trusted advisor and advocate. What you'll need: * Technical Background: Degree in a STEM field (Mechanical Engineering, Applied Physics, etc.) * Customer Facing Experience: 2 years in a customer service or support role preferred, and a passion for sales. * Strong Communication Skills: The ability to articulate complex technical concepts to a diverse audience. * Problem-Solving Skills: A knack for troubleshooting and finding creative solutions. * Customer Focus: A commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
