Job Description: If you are not one to sit around and wait for sales to come to you and you enjoy working with different hotels, this could be the job for you! As Dual Director of Sales, you will be responsible for overseeing the total sales and business development activities of the La Quinta Inn and Suites and Hawthorn Suites in Pflugerville along with AmericInn located in San Angelo. Responsibilities include developing new accounts, maintaining existing accounts, supervising sales-related personnel, and implementing sales and marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will have at least two (2) years of sales experience and a Bachelor's Degree in marketing or business (or combined education and experience); have multi-unit sales experience; know the local market and be willing to travel between the properties. Wyndham brand experience is a plus, but not required. These properties are managed by MMI Hotel Group, a company steeped deep in southern hospitality.
