Technical Sales Engineer - Robotic Welding & Factory Automation * Apply your technical expertise and sales application engineering experience (with a related 2-year engineering degree) to promote and sell our robotic welding and factory automation solutions. * Experience with industrial robots, welding processes, electric motors/servos, and PLCs is essential (at least 1 year). * Compensation: up to $125,000. * Must be a United States citizen or Green Card holder. * This is an onsite position, remote work is not available. * Full-time, permanent position as a W-2 employee. * Full benefits package included. * No relocation assistance. * Job location: Pewaukee, Wisconsin area. Key responsibilities include: * Developing customized solutions for customer needs. * Collaborating with customers and engineers to design industrial automation systems. * Creating engineering drawings and leading design reviews. * Obtaining pricing and delivery information from vendors. * Determining customer pricing and creating profitable sales proposals. * Traveling to customer sites domestically and internationally as required. To be considered for this role, the ideal candidate must have: * A 2-year engineering degree or related qualification. * At least 3 years of experience in sales application engineering. * At least 1 year of experience in industrial robotic automation. * At least 1 year of experience in robotic welding. * At least 1 year of experience with electric motors and servos. * At least 1 year of experience with PLCs. * The ability to travel domestically and internationally as required. * A solid work history. * US citizenship or green card holder status. * A residence located within a 45-minute drive of the Pewaukee area.
