BENEFITS * Starting Salary $60K depending on experience * Health Insurance * Dental Insurance * Vision Insurance * Paid Training * Weekday Schedule * Paid Time Off Staff Accountant Responsibilities * Coordinate and manage the day-to-day operations of the company's inventory fleet. * Utilize and implement artificial intelligence tools and software to streamline company tasks, improve data accuracy, and enhance operational efficiency. * Ensure accurate accounting and data entry for accounts payable and general ledger entries * Perform detailed data analysis to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement. * Collaborate with third-party mechanics and repair shops to ensure timely and cost-effective repairs * Assist in Accounts Payable by processing invoices, managing payment schedules, and reconciling vendor accounts. * Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing data. * Compile daily reporting for senior management Accountant Qualifications: * Bachelors or Masters degree in Accounting from an accredited university. * Proven experience (2+ years) in an accounting role. * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis functions). * Comfortable with learning new software * Ability to prioritize and multitask * Excellent attention to detail, organization, and time management skills. * Proficient in QuickBooks * Must be able to pass a background check * Previous experience in the automotive Industry not required Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $60,000.00 per year Benefits: * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Schedule: * Monday to Friday Education: * Bachelor's (Required) Work Location: In person
