Responsibilities * Host property tours for potential buyers, delivering a polished and informative experience. * Arrange and confirm appointments with clients, ensuring prompt and effective communication. * Collect and communicate client feedback post-showings to the lead agent, aiding in the adjustment of marketing tactics. * Keep abreast of local market trends and property valuations to offer clients precise and current information. * Utilize tools and technology to generate leads, ensuring a steady flow of potential clients. * Implement proven systems for lead management, optimizing the lead generation process.
