We're not your traditional renovation firm --we're here to disrupt. Job Summary: We're looking for a Sales Representative who lives at the intersection of construction expertise and digital fluency. You understand job sites, materials, and client needs--but you also use AI, CRMs, and digital tools to sell smarter and faster. This role is perfect for someone who's passionate about closing deals and leveraging technology to do it better. Key Responsibilities: * Prospect and generate leads via digital outreach, networking, and cold calling * Meet with clients onsite to assess renovation needs and deliver tailored solutions * Use tools like ChatGPT, Notion, Canva, or CRMs to build dynamic proposals and follow-ups * Close sales and consistently exceed monthly targets * Collaborate with project managers to ensure excellent service and client satisfaction * Help innovate and refine our tech-forward sales processes Requirements: * Proven experience in sales, preferably in home renovation, construction, or real estate * Strong understanding of construction basics: estimates, materials, job scope, measurements * Highly proficient with digital tools and excited by AI and automation in sales * Self-starter with a track record of exceeding goals * Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills What We Offer: * Competitive base salary + uncapped commission * Performance-based bonuses * Full access to our AI and sales tech stack * 30-day training program before salary kicks in * Clear career path and opportunities for growth * A modern, collaborative team culture where your ideas are valued How to Apply: Apply directly through Indeed with your resume.
