Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Real Estate Assistant to support our commercial real estate team. The ideal candidate will assist with day-to-day administrative tasks, communications, marketing, and property management to help streamline operations and enhance client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Provide administrative support to real estate brokers, property managers and owners. Coordinate property listings, including inputting listing data and creating marketing materials. Assist with social media content, newsletters, and online marketing campaigns. Prepare documents such as listing agreements, purchase contracts, and disclosures. Help with filing and creating binders when needed. Conduct market research and comparative market analyses as requested. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree preferred. Previous experience in real estate or administrative roles is a plus. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Canva, and real estate software (e.g., MLS, CRM systems). Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
