Job Description We are looking for a results-driven sales professional with a proven track record in organic sales to expand our client base and drive revenue growth. The Freight Brokerage Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying, developing, and securing new business opportunities within the freight market. This role requires strong communication skills, a customer- focused mindset, and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients. POSITION BENEFITS * Competitive base salary of $50,000 plus uncapped commission structure * Opportunity for bonus * Position training * 5 days PTO, 5 days Sick Time * Full time, 5-day work week, Monday through Friday * Growth and advancement opportunities * Casual work environment * Health benefits available * Retirement Group Plan Available KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Prospect, cold call, and network to generate new leads and sales opportunities * Develop strong relationships with clients to understand their logistics needs. * Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their logistics needs and providing tailored solutions * Negotiate rates and contracts with shippers and carriers to ensure competitive pricing and profitability * Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of freight movements * Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through organic growth * Stay informed on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities * Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in our CRM system REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS (SKILLS, BACKGROUND, AND EDUCATION) : * Minimum of 2 years of B2B experience in organic sales within the freight brokerage or 3PL industry (required), or 3 years of experience in other organic service sales position. * Proven ability to generate leads, close deals, and grow a book of business from scratch * Develop a strong understanding of truckload freight logistics, including market dynamics and pricing strategies * Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills * Self-motivated with a hunter mentality and a passion for sales * Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment * Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite * Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, or a related field (preferred but not required) How to Apply If you are a driven sales professional with at least 2 years of organic sales experience in freight brokerage, we want to hear from you!
