Overview We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Event Rental Sales Associate to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for our customers. As an Event Rental Sales Associate, you will be responsible for engaging with customers, showcasing products, and maintaining the store's visual standards. Duties * Greet customers warmly and assist them in creating tablescapes for their events. * Demonstrate product knowledge and confirm availability of items using our software program. * Handle customer inquiries and resolve questions promptly to ensure customer satisfaction. * Collaborate with team members to meet goals and contribute to a positive team atmosphere. Skills * Previous sales experience is preferred but not mandatory; a willingness to learn is essential. * Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse customers. * Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated. Schedule * 3 days/week 10 am - 5 pm * Requirement: 1 Saturday per month, 9 am - 3 pm.
