Location: Akron, Cleveland, Youngstown (Ohio) Job Overview: We are a rapidly expanding real estate investment firm seeking a professional and motivated local real estate agent to manage high- volume property showings in Akron, Cleveland, and Ypsilanti. This is an excellent opportunity for a licensed real estate agent to be part of a dynamic team in a thriving market. Key Responsibilities: Identify and evaluate potential real estate opportunities. Conduct thorough property walkthroughs. Capture detailed photos and videos of properties. Document comprehensive notes on the condition of properties and their surrounding areas. Compensation: $50 per showing. Qualifications: Must be a licensed real estate agent (this is a mandatory requirement). Previous experience in real estate or property management is preferred. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
