Responsibilities * Provide exceptional customer service to clients throughout the buying, selling, and leasing processes. * Conduct market research to identify potential properties and assess market trends. * Negotiate contracts and agreements on behalf of clients to secure favorable terms. * Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and real estate laws. * Manage property listings, marketing strategies, and client communications effectively. * Utilize organizational skills to maintain accurate records and administrative tasks.
