The Simonsen Team at Brown Harris Stevens Real Estate is actively seeking experienced full-time sales agents. Role Description This is a full-time role for a licensed Real Estate Agent that has in depth experience in working with buyers, sellers and landlords. This is not an entry level position, applicants must have two years of real estate sales experience. The agent must have a positive mindset, strong work ethic and ability to work with both co-op and condos as well as provide great customer service and assess the value of real estate. You should have a book of existing business, ability to service provided team leads with HNW clientele, and 2+ years in the industry. This position will provide mentorship from one of NYC's top ranked real estate brokers with over $200MM in sales volume in 2024. The Simonsen team offers dedicated operations and marketing support, marketing and advertising budget allocation for each team agent, and a fully staffed dedicated office in the Brown Harris Stevens headquarters in Midtown Manhattan.
