We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Manager to join our team at Air Squared, a leading manufacturer of oil-free scroll compressors. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth, building strong customer relationships, and expanding our market presence. This role requires: * A deep understanding of oil-free scroll compressor technology * The benefits of oil-free scroll compressor technology compared to other positive displacement technology * Have a strategic mindset * The ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities. Market Expansion & Strategy: * Identify new business opportunities, including untapped markets and strategic partnerships 2. Sales Growth: * Achieve or exceed sales targets through proactive lead generation, prospecting, and deal closure. * Work closely with the sales team to ensure effective execution of sales strategies and customer acquisition plans. 3. Customer Relationship Management: * Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and stakeholders. * Conduct regular client meetings to understand needs, provide product recommendations, and ensure satisfaction. 4. Product Knowledge & Expertise: * Maintain in-depth knowledge of the company's products and applications. * Work with the engineering and product development teams to tailor solutions to meet customer requirements. 5. Market Analysis: * Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. * Provide regular reports and insights to the management team on market dynamics and business performance. 6. Cross-Functional Collaboration: * Collaborate with marketing, production, and R&D teams to align business development strategies with operational capabilities. * Participate in trade shows, conferences, and networking events to enhance the company's visibility. Business Development Manager Qualifications : * Bachelor's degree in engineering and technical background, MBA is a plus. * Proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing within the manufacturing sector, preferably compressors or related equipment. * Strong knowledge of compressors, their applications, and market dynamics. * Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills. * Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions. * Willingness to travel extensively for business purposes.
