Duties Greet every customer walking in store with a rundown of what we sell and what their fashion needs are. Continual organization of sales floor. Display and cleaning. Great attitude, cheerful, prompt and a no gossip policy creating a safe environment for all Must be able to multi task and stay busy at all times 6 hour shifts part time with potential to moving to full time Stylists make pooled tips from satisfied customers Requirements * Previous experience in retail sales or a similar customer-facing role is preferred. * Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse customers * Ability to supervise and mentor junior staff members effectively. * Follow up communication with customers to style entire costumes and outfits. * A passion for fashion and an eye for detail are essential for success in this role.
