Overview: Pride has an exciting opportunity for an In-Store Lead Generator. We are building a team of top notch marketers to work in select Big Box Home Improvement stores to set appointments for the strongest sales team in the city. * What you will do: The In-Store Lead Generator will be setting appointments with customers to conduct Free Estimates to replace Heating and A/C systems as well as setting appointments for discounted required seasonal tune-up maintenance (think oil change for your a/c system). The ideal candidate should be a result driven, goal-oriented, seasoned marketing and sales professional with a self-motivating, positive, and energetic attitude. The ideal candidate will have some sales and marketing or related work experience, excellent communication and people skills, enthusiasm with approaching customers, and a strong work ethic. * Schedules: * Thursday - Saturday Flexible 6 hour shifts * We offer: * $17-23 per hour guaranteed, with commission UP TO $32 hourly * Daily/Weekly Spiff Opportunities * Plus, Lucrative Monthly Bonus Possibilities * Flexible and Consistent work schedules * Comfortable retail environment, work inside a big box store * Advancement opportunities * Full benefits package for FT employees * A great Company and a Rewarding place to work!
