The target market will be those companies in the commercial, residential, industrial, hospitality and healthcare industries. Job Responsibilities * Establish contact with prospective and qualified potential buyers of new systems, system modifications and upgrades by scheduling sales calls, following up on leads and outlined marketing strategies. * Determine customer needs by conducting site surveys and communicating effectively to educate the customer about AFPG's capabilities. * Develop and maintain an active proposal backlog to support the established sales plan. * Develop and maintain new and existing customer relationships to ensure we meet or exceed the expectations of our customers. * Support other AFPG Teams in their initiatives as they relate to your territory. * Meet the key objectives of the annual commission plan. Job Qualifications * Three to five years' experience in the fire protection industry is preferred but not required. * Ability to create local and distance relationships with General Contractors and end users. * Strong prospecting skills. * Proven ability to close. * Excellent communication and inter-personal skills * Valid Driver's License * Must pass a post-offer drug test, background and reference checks.
