As an Optical Sales Associate, you will be instrumental in delivering exceptional customer service while assisting clients with their eyewear needs. Responsibilities * Assist customers in selecting optical products that meet their needs and preferences. * Provide detailed information about eyewear, lenses, and related services. * Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor. * Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently. * Collaborate with laboratory staff to ensure timely and precise order fulfillment. * Uphold compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality. * Stay informed about new optical products and industry trends to enhance customer service.
