Job Summary: The Sales Operations Spa Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth, optimizing sales processes, and ensuring operational excellence within a luxury spa environment. This role combines sales strategy, business operations, and team leadership to enhance customer experience, maximize efficiency, and achieve financial goals. Key Responsibilities: Sales Revenue Management: * Develop and execute sales strategies to drive spa revenue through memberships, treatments, and retail products. * Drive retail and spa service sales to increase revenue * Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and growth. * Lead the marketing strategy and implement promotions and customer acquisition campaigns. * Build relationships with high-value clients and corporate partners to increase bookings and sales. Operations Efficiency: * Oversee day-to-day spa operations to ensure seamless guest experiences and operational excellence. * Manage inventory levels for retail products and treatment supplies, optimizing stock control. * Implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to improve efficiency and service quality. * Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements. Team Leadership Training: * Lead and motivate the spa team. * Conduct training on sales techniques, customer service, and product knowledge. * Set performance goals and conduct regular evaluations to drive team success. Customer Experience & Retention: * Enhance guest experiences by ensuring exceptional service and personalized recommendations. * Develop loyalty programs and retention strategies to encourage repeat business. * Address customer feedback and resolve issues to maintain high satisfaction levels. Qualifications Skills: * Electrology or Aesthetic license highly preferred. * Bilingual fluency (Spanish, English) highly preferred * 3-5 years of experience in sales operations, spa management. * Strong leadership, sales, and customer service skills. * Proficiency in Vagaro is preferred. * Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities. * Knowledge of spa treatments, wellness trends, and luxury service standards.
