Responsibilities: * Conduct in-home consultations to assess customer needs * Present high-quality HVAC solutions and close sales deals * Follow up with clients and maximize sales opportunities * Represent AND Services at industry events and develop your territory * Consistently meet and exceed sales targets Qualifications: * Proven HVAC or in-home sales experience (2+ years) * Highly motivated, confident, and money-driven * Strong closer mentality - ability to turn leads into sales * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Tech-savvy and detail-oriented * Valid driver 's license (company car provided) Job Type: Full-time Pay: $70,264.00 - $149,798.00 per year Schedule: * 8 hour shift * Monday to Friday Ability to Commute: * Fort Myers, FL 33908 (Required) Ability to Relocate: * Fort Myers, FL 33908: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
