Recently, we have expanded into the North American market, establishing offices in the USA and Canada, and we are looking for a talented technical sales professional to lead our U.S. market efforts. Position Overview: We seek an experienced Technical Sales Network Manager who will serve as a brand ambassador for KEMPER's fume extraction solutions across the United States. This role involves building relationships with 'KEMPER Specialists' and distributors, working closely with end users, and driving market growth. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of the metalworking industry, expertise in fume extraction, and a passion for technical sales and market development. Key Responsibilities: * Specialist & Distributor Network Setup: Identify, establish, and manage relationships with KEMPER Specials (distributors/dealers) across the USA, ensuring they are equipped to promote and sell KEMPER solutions effectively. * Market Development: Actively engage with industry stakeholders to promote KEMPER solutions, building brand awareness and establishing a strong presence in the U.S. market. * End-User Engagement: Collaborate with end users, providing technical guidance and support to maximize the value of KEMPER products in their operations. * Product Knowledge & Training: Become an expert on KEMPER's fume extraction solutions, facilitating product training for distributors and assisting with technical inquiries. * Sales Strategy Execution: Develop and implement sales strategies that align with corporate goals, driving growth and expanding the market share. * Customer Feedback & Insights: Gather market insights and customer feedback to refine our approach and contribute to product improvement initiatives. Qualifications: * Minimum 5 years of technical sales experience, preferably within the metalworking or industrial manufacturing industry. * Proven experience in establishing and managing distributor/dealer networks. * Strong understanding of fume extraction solutions, workplace safety, and regulatory standards. * Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills. * Self-motivated with a strategic mindset and the ability to work independently. * Willingness to travel as required for client meetings, industry events, and training sessions.
