Position Overview: The Senior Account Manager will play a critical role in developing and maintaining robust relationships with key automotive clients, including OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers. This role requires a deep understanding of the automotive industry, exceptional sales skills, and the ability to align our advanced technology and services with the specific needs of our clients. Key Responsibilities: * Client Relationship Management: Foster long-term relationships with senior-level executives and decision-makers at OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers. Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions. * Business Development: Identify new business opportunities within the automotive industry, particularly with OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers. Develop and execute strategies to expand market share. * Sales and Negotiation: Lead negotiations and close deals, ensuring profitability and adherence to company standards. Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing. * Market Analysis: Conduct comprehensive market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the automotive sector. * Product Knowledge: Gain in-depth knowledge of our products and services, particularly as they apply to the automotive industry, and effectively communicate their value proposition to clients. * Collaboration and Team Leadership: Work closely with the technical and sales teams to ensure alignment of strategies and objectives. Mentor junior team members and contribute to their professional development. * Customer Service Excellence: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service, addressing client concerns promptly, and maintaining high-quality standards. * Assigned Accounts and Projects: Focus will be on assigned accounts and projects. Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in engineering, or related field. * Fluent Spanish Language Skills Required * Preferred Dual Citizenship (US / Mexico) * Minimum of 5 years of experience in account management or sales, preferably in the automotive industry dealing with OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers. * Proven track record in sales and client relationship management. * Strong understanding of the automotive industry, market dynamics, and customer needs. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. * Ability to work independently and in a team environment. * Willingness to travel as required. * Willingness to travel 5% to China and 25% in North America.
