We are seeking an real estate investor who can fulfill the duties of a coach and salesperson here at our Dallas Total Wealth Academy office. Job Description: -Coaching and consulting members on single-family deals via email, phone, and in-person -Assisting prospects about TWA and our membership program with our office team -Attending events as a representative of TWA and performing all necessary duties at all events -Answering day phone calls, confirmations for prospect and member events, and prospect follow-up from classes -9am to 3pm on most days, with some evenings and Saturdays not to be over 40 hours a week -Being a committed, involved team player and offering to help when needed here at TWA Desired Experience: -A candidate that is an active real estate investor, and has completed deals. Must have knowledge about the real estate industry and experience in the industry itself. -Resume must demonstrate a consistent job history. -College degree not required. Experience is more important to us. -Active Real Estate Agents not apply Schedule: -In office. This is NOT a remote position. -Monday-Friday 9:00am-3:00pm -Special events: 3:00pm-9:00pm *Special events include monthly Spotlight Nights, once a month educational Saturday Class, outside sponsorship events, and other classes that we may need help at. If you work a special event, you will work afternoon hours only. -Vacation time is 1 week a year. Sick days and personal days are allotted, we can discuss this more in-depth if we choose to interview you. Pay: Base pay is a salary of $5,000 a month (before taxes).
