Who We 're Looking For: We are hiring for two levels of real estate professionals: 1. Newer Agents - Buyer's Agent Role If you're newly licensed or still building your experience, you'll start by working with buyers. We'll provide the tools, mentorship, and support to help you succeed while you build your confidence and skills in the field. Responsibilities for Buyer 's Agents: * Work closely with buyer clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget * Conduct property searches using MLS and digital tools * Schedule and attend showings; provide property and neighborhood insights * Prepare market analyses and assist with making competitive offers * Negotiate purchase agreements and assist through closing * Deliver a high level of service and communication throughout the transaction 2. Experienced Agents - Buyer & Listing Specialist If you have a proven track record in real estate, you'll be positioned to work with both buyers and sellers. We're especially looking for listing agents who are confident in pricing, marketing, and negotiation strategies.
