Job Summary HiRel Connectors Inc. is seeking an experienced Field Technical Sales Agent in the Aerospace Industry. In this role, the Field Technical Sales Agent will be responsible for supporting existing customers' needs, along with generating leads and developing client relationships with new customers. This individual will support customer engagements by providing technical expertise, providing technical writing/presentations, and developing technical baselines that provide technical solutions to customers. This position will involve extensive formalized training plus work under a mentor, developing skills and gaining an understanding of HiRel Connectors Inc. products, how we go to market, application engineering processes, as well as business development and sales strategies. This individual must have a thorough technical understanding of the aerospace market. Duties * Generate Leads * Manage and process all needed steps in growing opportunities to full maturity * Give Sales presentations to a wide range of prospective clients * Present clear verbal and written technical explanations to customers, tailoring content and style to the audience * Set up and organize meetings, web meetings and telecoms with internal staff as well as with customers to promote our product capabilities * Able to utilize time, energy, and resources to manage priorities, stay on track, and achieve goals. * Must be a team player, able to problem solve and work with constructively with customers and co-workers. * Be available for business travel as needed Requirements * Bachelor's degree in Technical or related field * Minimum 1 year experience in Aerospace Sales or related field * Experience in project management * Ability to travel * Ability to communicate technical information clearly both internally and to clients * Computer literate and savvy * Excellent verbal and written communication.
