In this role, you'll be a key player in our customer acquisition efforts, ensuring a smooth and efficient sales process from the first point of contact to finalizing sales and generating referrals. Your focus will be on building relationships with new customers and securing lasting partnerships. As an Account Manager Trainee, you'll also have the unique opportunity to collaborate closely with senior leadership and clients. Your insights and feedback will be vital in improving our customer outreach and sales processes, helping us prevent issues and resolve challenges quickly. You'll serve as the primary point of contact for potential customers, working to drive satisfaction and build loyalty by consistently meeting their needs. Key Responsibilities: * Confidently close contracts with new customers, focusing on driving repeat business and referrals. * Provide training and support to customers, ensuring they are fully satisfied with the products and services offered. * Manage all communication and account-related matters, ensuring a seamless client experience. * Ensure timely delivery and successful implementation of products and services, aligned with customer objectives. * Address time-sensitive issues or requests to maintain a high standard of customer service. * Engage in continuous training sessions aimed at leadership development, team collaboration, and mentoring skills. * Support the onboarding and growth of new team members through training and development.
