Crucial for effective customer interactions. Appointment Coordinator Responsibilities: * Schedule as many qualified appointments as possible! * Handle outbound and inbound calls to prospective customers, effectively communicating the benefits of our products and services and setting appointments. * Respond to inbound leads from prospective customers with a high sense of urgency. * Follow a detailed script to qualify each lead accurately, gathering relevant information and identifying their specific needs. * Meet or exceed the daily goals established by leadership, consistently delivering exceptional results and contributing to the team's success.
