Comfort Advisor Purpose: To provide exceptional customer service and guide clients through the process of selecting and purchasing HVAC solutions tailored to their needs. Expectations: * Deliver excellent customer service with professionalism. * Conduct in-home consultations to evaluate customer needs and present HVAC solutions. * Create detailed proposals and explain financing options. * Build trust and establish long-term relationships with clients. * Maintain detailed documentation of customer interactions. * Achieve sales goals while upholding company values and integrity. * Stay updated on HVAC product knowledge and industry trends. Job Requirements: * Must be 24 years or older. * Possess a valid driver's license. * Clear a background check. * Prior sales experience, preferably in HVAC or home services. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Pass a pre-employment drug screen, including marijuana.
