This is a role for someone with a proven ability to create and manage multiple lead generation efforts and close a sale - wellness plan memberships. THE PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY OF THE SALES COORDINATOR IS TO GROW THE NUMBER OF DOGS IN DAYCARE * Fully understand the daycare and boarding model * Fully understand and be able to effectively explain the benefits of our services * Sell memberships to new pet parents * Convert generated leads to a Meet and Greet at the Center * Convert the Meet & Greets to a membership sale * Conduct the 11 Stop Tour to prospective pet parents at the Meet & Greet * Manage the communications between prospective leads and the Center * Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule * Consistent and timely attendance * Adherence to clean uniform policy * Completion of all required training * Maintain an organized Front Desk and Reception Area, as well as general ambiance of entire daycare * Greet everyone that visits or calls Dogtopia, and answering all questions with a smile * Create and maintain digital customer files daily * Manage all transactions * Manage all scheduling and paperwork associated with daily Meet & Greets * Scheduling all daycare, boarding, and spa services * Manage all customer check-in/check-out (daycare, boarding, spa) * Follow extensive Dogtopia daily and weekly protocols to maintain clean and safe environment * Be trained and available to help with dog-focused duties elsewhere in the daycare * Establish Dogtopia as the Gold Standard in striving for the highest possible customer satisfaction ratings with every single interaction REQUIREMENTS * Proven work experience in sales * Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales * Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills * Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills * Relationship management skills and openness to feedback * Ability to work cohesively with others in a fun, fast-paced environment * Strong customer-service skills * Ability and comfort-level to manage all phone calls, online inquiries, and customer questions * Ability to work flexible days and hours, including weekends The Rules by which we, as DOGTOPIANS live by: We LOVE life unconditionally like a dog.
