Aurora Paint Pot is a locally owned paint store right here in Amherst, NY. We help homeowners, contractors, and businesses with all their paint and supply needs -- and we pride ourselves on friendly service, expert advice, and creating a place people actually enjoy shopping. We're looking for a hands-on Store Manager and Assistant Manager to lead our Amherst location. If you're a people person, love helping customers, and want to run a store like it's your own -- we'd love to meet you. What You'll Do: * Run the day-to-day operations of the store * Help customers find the right paint, supplies, and solutions * Lead, train, and schedule a small team * Order inventory and keep the store stocked and organized * Build relationships with local contractors and homeowners * Keep things clean, safe, and running smoothly * Handle basic paperwork and reporting * Be the go-to expert for color matching, products, and advice What We're Looking For: * Retail or management experience (paint experience is a big plus!) * Strong people skills -- friendly, patient, and helpful * Someone who takes pride in running a clean, organized store * Ability to lift 50 lbs (paint gets heavy!) * Comfortable with basic computer tasks (inventory, orders, etc.) * Willing to work some Saturdays What We Offer: * Competitive pay (based on experience) * Quarterly bonus opportunities * Paid time off & holidays * Employee discounts * Growth potential with a growing local business * Supportive, family-like work environment Sound Like You?
