Job Title: Sales Associate - Live Online Sales Company: What Waist Location: Alpharetta, GA (On-Site Role) Shift: 6-Hour Shifts Scheduled Between 10 AM - 11 PM EST Are you high-energy, love talking to people, and have a passion for helping customers feel confident and excited about what they're buying? What Waist is looking for a dynamic and dependable Sales Associate to support our Live Sales team! This is a fun and fast-paced on-camera environment where you'll be part of a team that brings our products to life in real time. This is an on-site role based in Alpharetta, GA , and you must have reliable transportation and be available for flexible 6-hour shifts. Key Responsibilities: * Assist during live sales shows by helping with product presentation, organization, and behind-the-scenes support * Help prep and restock products for each show * Answer real-time customer questions through comments and messages during lives * Provide support to the Live Sales Manager and team to ensure a smooth, fun, and engaging sales experience * Maintain a clean and organized workspace and follow daily task checklists * Help track customer feedback and share insights with the team Ideal Candidate Has: * Experience in retail or sales (in-person or online) * Friendly and outgoing personality with strong communication skills * High attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting * Punctual, dependable, and able to follow through with assigned responsibilities * Comfortable being on camera or assisting a camera-facing team * Flexible availability to work shifts within the 10 AM - 11 PM EST live sales window * Reliable transportation to Alpharetta, GA Bonus if You Have: * Experience with live-streaming, e-commerce, or social selling * Interest in fitness, shapewear, or women's wellness * Familiarity with tools like Shopify, CommentSold, or similar platforms Why Work with Us?
