At Timber Creek Recycling, our team members are at the heart of what we do, and we value their integral role in achieving our goals and serving our customers. * Position Overview The Sales Support Specialist will play a key role in supporting our retail and outbound sales operations. This position will assist in managing leads, customer communications, and CRM maintenance while also sharing responsibility for front-line customer service. Approximately 30-50% of this role will involve coverage of the retail store and incoming phone calls, working alongside the Scale House Operations team to ensure a seamless customer experience. The remainder of your time will focus on sales support, CRM management, and administrative coordination. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, friendly, tech-savvy, and eager to grow within a fast-paced, purpose-driven company. * Key Responsibilities * Support Retail and Outbound Sales teams with administrative tasks, lead tracking, quote follow-up, and sales coordination * Provide front desk, retail counter, and phone coverage in partnership with the administrative team * Use HubSpot CRM daily to log interactions, update contacts, track leads, and assist sales in maximizing CRM usage * Follow up with customers on quotes, orders, and general inquiries to facilitate and increase sales * Assist in qualifying new customer leads, closing deals, and/or ensuring timely handoff to sales reps * Maintain accurate sales records and support reporting efforts * Contribute to social media management, including posting occasional updates and promotions as directed * Collaborate with sales and marketing to support campaigns and initiatives * Look for process improvement opportunities to enhance the sales cycle and customer service experience Qualifications & Skills * 2+ years in administrative support, customer service, or sales support roles * Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel) * CRM experience strongly preferred (HubSpot is a plus) * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal * Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a busy environment * Comfortable providing customer-facing service at the retail counter and over the phone * Self-starter with a proactive and team-oriented attitude * Experience or interest in recycling, landscaping, construction, or manufacturing industries is a plus Benefits * 401(k) and matching * Health insurance * Dental insurance * Vision insurance * Company paid life insurance * Other supplementary benefits * Paid time off * Paid holidays * Employee discount Timber Creek Recycling LLC is an equal opportunity employer.
