Now Hiring: Commission-Only Sales & Business Development Pro - Security Guard Services Are you a seasoned sales closer in the security guard services or related industries? Do you have a proven track record of high-volume sales , especially in patrol-based and multi-property accounts? If so, we want to talk to you. We're seeking a commission-only Sales & Business Development Representative to help expand our footprint in the private security market. This is a performance-driven role with uncapped earning potential --perfect for an independent, motivated sales expert who knows how to bring in business. What We 're Looking For: * Experience selling contract security guard services (must-have) * Strong network and knowledge of local/regional markets * Track record of closing multi-property, patrol-based accounts * Ability to identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities * Professionalism, persistence, and strong communication skills Responsibilities: * Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and revenue. * Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance sales performance. * Utilize CRM software, including Salesforce, to manage customer relationships and track sales progress. * Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure favorable terms. * Collaborate with marketing teams to align strategies and improve outreach efforts. * Maintain effective communication with stakeholders to ensure project success.
